Hi Hannah,

Thanks for reaching out. It seems like there is an issue with internet connection and it might be blocking you from connecting to some servers. "ECONNRESET" means the other side of the TCP conversation abruptly closed its end of the connection. This is most probably due to one or more application protocol errors. You have a read error on your TCP connection, which means that your application dropped it's TCP connection. For example, if you lost your wifi signal while running your app you would get this error. Could you switch off/on your wifi/ethernet connection and restart your application and let me know if the issue persists?

We are still having the issue. We think our servers may have been blacklisted by Adwords since our API calls work from our local machines but not from our production servers.

Here is an error we are getting from a curl:

Could you check if our IPs are blacklisted?
