INVALID_LISTING_GROUP_HIERARCHY

Hi Team,

For few standard shopping campaigns, we are seeing GoogleAdsError in the BatchJobResult. And the error message says the trigger is INVALID_LISTING_GROUP_HIERARCHY(nothing else other than that in the errordetails).  

Following is the detailed error we are able to capture:

 Error at operation index 0 - Ad group is invalid due to the listing groups it contains. - with errorcode { "criterionError": "INVALID_LISTING_GROUP_HIERARCHY" }

However we don't see anything invalid in our campaigns or adgroups. 

Could you please help us by letting us know how to fix this issue.

To further investigate this issue, could you please provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end?  If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. I ask this so our team further investigates your concern and provides specific recommendations on the issue.
