How to get repeat rate in conversion

How can I use the API to get the number for conversion repeat rate, as it seems like I cannot get this metrics directly.

Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to get the conversion repeat rate via the AdWords API.

I am afraid that it is not possible to use the other signals that are available to calculate conversion repeat rate.
