Getting OperationAccessDenied.ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED on CustomerService.getAction

Hi,

I'm using google-api-ads-ruby to fetch customer information. but I'm getting

AdwordsApi::V201502::CustomerService::ApiException: [OperationAccessDenied.ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED @ class com.google.ads.boulder.api.services.customer.GetAction]

I'm not sure what's wrong in the request or which permission is/are missing.
