Got Access blocked status 403 org_internal

Hi,

Our web application with developer-token got approval for external use.
Though we still cannot log in with x...@gmail.com email.

This is the error details:
Error 403: org_internal
Request details: access_type=offline o2v=2 service=lso response_type=code state=state_parameter_passthrough_value redirect_uri=https://b2b-adtech-dev.tdg-analytics.io/ChannelStatic prompt=consent flowName=GeneralOAuthFlow client_id=xxx scope=https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords

Please suggest what is wrong?
