iframes being injected below footer under "fb-carousel-ads"

Hi Support Team,

We are intermittently experiencing a large number of iframes being injected just before the closing </body> tag of our site (www.iol.co.za). Our suspicion is that the issue is tied to additions to the /ads.txt file, but we have not been able to pin this down. Support requests to the GPT support team have reached a dead-end. Is anyone able to assist us with where to debug this?

You will notice that the iframes chain off the class "fb-carousel-ads", or occasionally "fb-wrapper", but this appears to be a smokescreen to point to Facebook.

Screenshot attached, but it is fairly easily repeatable on the site homepage, section pages and article pages.
