UnicodeDecodeError with uploadung image

Hi!

I run this code sample https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/python/miscellaneous#upload-an-image and it gives me an error "UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xff in position 0: invalid start byte"

How to fix the issue?

I point file name as:

IMAGE_FILENAME = 'test_01.05.01_160х600.jpg'

I was not able to replicate the issue with our code sample. Could you please try with the solution provided on the Github issue tracker here where a similar issue has been reported? If you're having an issue, feel free to re-open a new issue on the issue tracker and the library owners will be able to take a look.
