Cannot use createCustomerClient feature by providing email address

Hi,

We are trying to create customer account with Ads API.

We reached out the ads-s...@google.com but they said 'You are not allowed for this feature, and we can not help you out with this, unfortunately.'

Semrush Ads Launch Assistant is using this feature. How can we be allowlisted for this feature?

After reviewing your concern, I understand that you are encountering the error "CUSTOMER_NOT_ALLOWLISTED_FOR_THIS_FEATURE" while trying to create a client customer via the Google Ads API.

To get allowlisted for this feature, you need to contact your own Google representative or Google Account manager. If you don't have the Google representative yet, this feature is not ready for you to use. To know your 'Google Account manager', I would recommend reaching out to the Google Ads Product support team, as they are better equipped to assist you on this concern.
