Not all Discovery campaigns are returned

We are using Google Ads API version 14 and, for account 709-663-6472, we only receive one 'Discovery' campaign. We should get 10972817959, 20786543739, 20786544123, 20796802270 and we only get 10972817959.

Please be informed that 'v14' is deprecated from October 18, 2023 and will be sunset by June 5, 2024. So, I would suggest you upgrade to the latest version 'v16'. You may refer to this documentation on Deprecation and sunset for more information regarding the specific deprecation and sunset dates for each available version.

Upon checking the campaigns '20786543739, 20786544123, and 20796802270', it appears that these are Demand Gen campaigns with product feeds. Kindly note that the Demand Gen campaigns with product feeds are not supported by the Google Ads API and aren't returned by GoogleAdsService.SearchStream. Whereas the campaign '10972817959' is a Demand Gen campaign with campaign subtype of 'Standard'. So, you are able to fetch this campaign via the Ads API without any issues. I would recommend you to check this guide on Unsupported entities for more information regarding the entities that are not supported in reporting with the Ads API.

When can we expect the "Demand Gen" campaign to appear in the reports?

Hi,

It's an intended behavior of the API. As informed earlier, kindly note that retrieving Demand Gen product feed campaigns is not supported in the Google Ads API.
