Awaiting answer for Ads API developer token request

Hello!

We submitted an application for Google Ads API Token (Basic Access) in about 2 weeks ago and did not received any update yet. We also submitted an update request and still no reply. Is it possible to receive an update on the application from the Google Ads API Compliance team?

Manager Account ID: 157-491-7782

We applied for "Basic Access" level.

We don't have any "case ID" I am aware of.
