Getting Transaction history / billing balance through the API

I wanted to ask if it is possible to download Transaction history/Billing balance for an account through the API?

Hi,

Currently, getting the Transaction History/Billing Balance is not supported by AdWords API. The only way to get this is through the UI. However, you may check on the AdWords API blog to see future updates and announcements.
