Hi Swaroop,

Thank you for posting your concern.

Please note that creation of feed-based extensions is no longer supported in AdWords API as create or mutate operation is no longer supported here based on this blog regardless if your account is old or new. With this, I would suggest start migrating to Asset-based Extensions and migrate also to Google Ads API as managing of asset-based extensions is only supported on this API.
