Thank you for reaching out to us.

Currently, these are the only available and supported Client Libraries for the Google Ads API. With regard to getting campaign details using iOS SDK, you may want to check on this other option by using the REST Interface. This guide may be useful if you are writing your own custom code to use REST directly or using a third-party HTTP client library.
