Hi, 

Need help in finding the way to fetch inventory filters of a shopping campaign using Google Ads API. I am able to do it using Adwords API, but want to know the approach to be followed for Google Ads API.

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you are looking for listing dimensions. Listing groups are referred to as product groups in the UI and AdWords API. You can find a list of supported dimensions here.
