I'm facing difficulties getting approval for Standard Access Application to the Google Ads API and would like to share my situation to see if anyone has experienced something similar.
The problem: My application was rejected with the justification that information is missing about:
However: All this information was provided in detail both in the attached document and in item 6 of the form, where I specifically described how I intend to use the application, including the types of calls and the audience that will have access.
I've received the same rejection email more than once, even after reviewing and resubmitting with the requested information. The system seems not to be recognizing the answers that have already been provided.
