Google Ads API v1.3.0, video_quartile is empty

SELECT campaign.id, metrics.video_quartile_100_rate, metrics.video_quartile_75_rate, metrics.video_quartile_50_rate, segments.date
  FROM campaign 
  WHERE segments.date BETWEEN '2018-01-01' AND '2019-07-01'
  AND campaign.resource_name = 'xxxx'

When using above query to get metrics, the video_quartile_xxxx values are always empty. This happends on v1.3.0 api version.

To better investigate this, could you provide the clientCustomerId you are using to pull the report? You may use the reply privately to author option.
