Finding and editing Headings and Descriptions

to Google Ads API and AdWords API Forum

Hello, Firstly I hope this is the correct place to ask this type of question. In google ads I want to find the Headings and Descriptions that I set up (with someone else's help) so I can review and edit them. I've clicked every possible button on my google ads dashboard and I cannot see where they are. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks
