Hi!

We have a client that reactivated their account after 6 months of inactivity. During this time, the cc that was attached to the account expired and we also switched to monthly billing. Now I can't change who pays to monthly billing and I get this message;

"Billing setups can not be used based on current status of the customer."

How can I solve it?
