campaign negative keywords through the API?

In the adwords editor you have a choice for negative keywords: You can
either make them negative for their adgroup, or negative for their
campaign.

Through the API there's only a boolean that indicates whether they're
either not negative, or negative for their adgroup.

How do I interact with campaign negative keywords?
