Trying get Billing Setup with example https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/samples/get-billing-setup
Trying different customers: main account and the last link in the chain of hierarchy.
But with old Google Adwords Api all works fine.
what am I doing wrong?

To investigate, could you provide the complete request and response logs with request ID generated on their end and where we can see issue? You can provide it via Reply privately to author option.
