Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Forum.
For us to investigate further issues, could you provide the complete logs from creating OfflineUserDataJob to running OfflineUserDataJob, so that my team can check better? That said, could you please provide us with the complete request and response logs with request ID generated? For the client library, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex .NET) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. You may provide the complete logs to our team via reply privately to author option.

I'm trying to upload around 8 million users to Google Ads using Google Ads API (OfflineUserDataJob).
On UI, I see that my upload is successful with match rate (91%~100%). It took around 1-2 hours for the OfflineUserDataJob status change from RUNNING --> SUCCESS
But I can't see the Segment size change on UI (Audience Manager tab)
I read document that is https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/remarketing/audience-types/customer-match?hl=en#customer_match_considerations .
I understand that it may take up to 24 hours, but I can't seem to find the status "In Progress" on Google Ads UI
Is the 24hours apply between status SUCCESS and update Segment size on UI?
Hi Nhat,
Thank you for the reply. Allow me to assist you here.
Its seems that you concern is more about UI. With this I would suggest to reach out to the product team via this link so that they can route this concern internally to the right team that can provide support to the issues and concerns related to updated Segment size on UI.
Best,

In Progress
status in the Google Ads UI if you upload to an audience list more frequently than once every 12 hours. Also, for privacy purposes, the user list size shows as zero until the list has at least 1,000 members. After that, the size is rounded to the two most significant digits. A list could appear smaller than expected when viewed in the Audience Manager from the Google Ads UI. This view shows the number of active users in the list.![]() |
