Conversions not showing when uploading offline conversion data

Hello,

I have a 'purchase' conversion action set up, the settings are shown in the screenshot. I am using the google ads api to upload offline conversions to this conversion action. I am using this endpoint: https://googleads.googleapis.com/v17/customers/<account_id>:uploadClickConversions 
And have the correct authorization in the request headers. In the request body I am providing: conversionEnvironment, conversionAction, gclid, conversionDateTime, conversionValue, currencyCode, consent, partialFailure as true, validateOnly as false, debugEnabled as true (I don't want to set a value, I just want to count each purchase as 1 conversion).
I am getting no errors back from the request, and getting a reponse body with results.
However, in the google ads ui it shows "No recent conversions" and when I hover over it, it says 'Imported data quality is excellent'. When I click 'View Diagnostics' I can see the events I sent from the api. Why are the conversions still "No recent conversions"?
It has been about 24 hours since I sent the requests
