Fetch ad groups and campaigns sorted by update time

Is it possible to fetch ad groups sorted by last update time? 
I am fetching ad groups using this query: 
``` SELECT
          campaign.id,
          ad_group.id,
          ad_group.name,
          ad_group.status
        FROM ad_group
        WHERE ad_group.status = 'ENABLED'

```
