Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Forum.

You may find the below attributes for the campaign URL options:

tracking_url_template
final_url_suffix
url_custom_parameters[]

You may need to update these 3 fields : url_custom_parameters[], tracking_url_template and final_url_suffix. Also, you may use this code sample which is mainly for updating campaigns. In addition, I would suggest checking this guide as it will show you the details about using the Field Masks.

Furthermore, you may also refer to this Rest API guide for reference on mutating campaigns in Rest.
