No Match when using Google Ads API

Hi,

I am trying to upload Custom Match Audiences using the Google Ads API.

I see the new Audience in the Google Ads Audience Manager, but no matches.

I have tried both sending hashed data and non-hashed (leaving the engine to the hashing).

What could go wrong?

My file looks like thissnapshot.JPG
Note that the column names are mapped to the 'right' names.
Also, I have tried sending using 'wrong' names which throws an error.

Is there a limit to how many rows I can submit?
Do I have to input something in the empty cells in the file?

Could you confirm if you're using the Customer Match or the Custom Audiences? Have you encountered any errors when uploading those audiences? If yes, please share to us the complete logs (request and response with request-id) via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias.

If no error was encountered and the only concern is having no matches for those audiences, then I'm afraid that match issues are already out of our team's expertise. We suggest that you reach out to the Product Team via this link.
