How/Where do I enable Google my Business api in my app/project

Received approval of my api project/app for Google my Business

All I have to do now is enable it.

All ?

I went back to the project and no matter what I do I can fin no mention of enabling it and cant find anything helpful anywhere.

I did try connecting just to see and sure enough there's a big nasty error message suggesting I did not "enable" it.

Following the Google guidelines I went to the API library and pasted in Google My Business API , you probably guesed it. It doesn't exist.

Then I tried everything down to Google with and without wildcards,  same result

I went manually through near enough the entire API library looking for hints but came up blank.

Could anyone point me in the right direction.
