How to retrieve log of new account access approvals

My client's Google Ads account has been compromised. Someone must have granted administrative access to an alien account.

I'd like to perform forensics on who approved that alien account and when as we may need to take legal measures on that person.

How can I do that? What's the GAQL query for retrieving such log?

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

To know who made the change to your account, I would suggest to use the change event that provides a detailed breakdown of what changed in your account. When reporting on a create operation, all new field values are returned, and when reporting on an update operation, both new and old values are returned, giving you a complete picture of individual changes.

Kindly refer to this query of the change event to know who approved the Admin access to an alien account.
