Irregular Labels & LabelIds formatting in CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT

Hello,

I'm getting irregular formatting of Labels & LabelIds formatting in a CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.

I'm selecting the following fields:

'CampaignId', 'CampaignName', 'Impressions', 'AveragePosition', 'Labels', 'LabelIds', 'AverageCpc'

I've removed everything but the Labels & LabelIds from the download report to make the issue easier to explain:

ACQUISIO; C:Specific; Bingo16Q1; CBP 1.5; Bid To Position Test Mar16,46635424;47192824;417485344;421603024;437052784

ACQUISIO; C:Specific; CBP 1.5; Bid To Position Test Mar16,46635424;47192824;417485344;437052784

In the second row you'll notice that the Labelid for label CBP 1.5 occupies position 3  in the label LabelIds. This is known and correct.

However in the first row you'll notice that the Labelid for label CBP 1.5 occupies position 4  in the label LabelIds. This is incorrect.

Firstly, am I correct in assuming that the position of the label & labelid within their respective Comma Separated Value is the key that matches them together? Or is there some sorting that needs to be undertaken before they can be matched?

Hello, 

AdWords API  doesn't guarantee these lists to be in the same order in reports. Please use the LabelService to obtain ID - name pairs. We recommend caching IDs on the client side.
