INVALID_AUTH_TOKEN_FOR_EMAIL in LocationFeed

Hey,

when trying to create a LocationFeed. I get a INVALID_AUTH_TOKEN_FOR_EMAIL Error. The Scope in the httpRequestUrl and the httpAuthorizationHeader is the same("https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords").

I tried to use a new RefreshToken but it threw a new OAuthException: Credential could not be refreshed.
