Missing data when get search term data

Hello, I did requested to get search term data. But, there is a difference between response data from Google Ads API and data on media Google Ads. Search terms which have empty keyword is missing. How can i get all the data of search terms? Or some note about this issue? Thank you very much?

• Screenshots of those mentioned discrepancies
• Complete API logs (request and response with request-id)

Thank you, in request w_Rgw-aD5BKUM25M0Tfhgg i recorded results of search term(3890 records). But, at the below file csv which i download on UI Google Ads, it contains 3971 records. The difference is 81 records which is search term records has empty keyword. How can i get all the data of search terms? Or some note about this issue?

However, apart from the generated report file and request-id, our team would also like to request if you can provide the complete request and response logs? In addition, our team would also request if you could provide as well the Google Ads UI screenshot of the view where you downloaded your CSV file?

If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.

You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
