Hello , I submit a form for access level 4 days ago and I dont get any emails , can you please check , its taking too long

Please note that this support channel can only provide assistance to issues/concerns related to the Google Ads API. If you have any questions related to our API, you may provide the details, so we can assist you further.

However, upon checking your concern, it appears that the issue is not regarding our API’s but rather on the status of your submitted access level for your account. As much as I wanted to assist you, I'm afraid that this kind of issues are out of our scope. Having said that, we would highly recommend reaching out to the Compliance Support team as their specialist there have more visibility and are more equipped in handling these kind of concerns.
