Unable to link Google Ads accounts to Merchant Centre Accounts

Hi,

We have found an issue whereby we cannot link merchant centre accounts to Google Ads accounts.  We have tried via the API and the UI.  We do not get notifications in the UI and no invitations in the API when we are trying to link the accounts .  Can you please help? 

There is no error when trying to link.

Some example IDs: 

Google Ads ID: 7945778411
Merchant Centre ID: 5578383603

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you are facing issues in linking Google Ads account and Merchant center account. While using Google Ads API, could you please elaborate and provide more details about the issue you are facing? You can also provide us with complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) that are generated at your end. Additionally, I would recommend you to refer to Link your Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts documentation for more information.

Note that linking Google Ads account and Merchant center account in the Google Ads UI is out of scope for Google Ads API team. I would suggest you reach out to the Google Ads Product support team, as they are better equipped to assist you on this.
