Hi,

I am migrating Conversion Tracker Service From Adwords API to Google Ads API.

But I am not able to retrive some of the fields through Google Ads API.

I need to see LastReceivedRequestTime, MostRecentConversionDate but not able to get in Google Ads API.

Also I need to get this fields

Hi,

I found this metrics 

LastReceivedRequestTime, MostRecentConversionDate.

metrics.conversion_last_conversion_date

metrics.conversion_last_received_request_date_time

But showing wrong values.

[conversion_last_received_request_date_time] => 1969-12-31 18:00:00

Is this what return?

Thank you for reaching out.

The conversion_last_received_request_date_time returns the date and time, and should return a timestamp format value.

The call duration should be returned via the phone_call_duration_seconds attribute and you can further identify using the type attribute.

As for the trackingCodeType, this is available in the TagSnippet object. For more information on this, you may refer to this section of our conversion actions guide.

Hello Peter,

1)I have just done this (For Google Ads PHP Lib) to get values from conversion_last_received_request_date_time

echo $googleAdsRow->getMetrics()->getConversionLastReceivedRequestDateTime();

But It returned me date instead timestamp as you mentioned.

Can you please check this?

So You mean I need to check type and based on type I can identify it is WebsiteCallMetricsConversion or AdCallMetricsConversion?

Which type is associated with website and which are for ads?

I assume AD_CALL and WEBSITE_CALL type for respectively?

Any other type I need to consider?

Hi,

I have come across the same issue in 1) - I have tested it with the most recet PHP library, the only difference is in the date/time returned but it is probably due to a different timezone: 1970-01-01 01:00:00

The last conversion date field is either empty or shows a correct date/time value.

Is it possible that the last received request date time field not populated correctly? We used it previously ( with the AdWords API ) to check if a conversion tracker is being detected, or there is an issue with the setup - waiting for an actual conversion is not an option here.

Can you please check if this is an actual issue, or if I'm missing something here?

conversionLastReceivedRequestDateTime":"1969-12-31 18:00:00" should not be epoch start date.

It should be timestamp as documentation suggest?

Are there any updates about this issue? The metric conversion_last_received_request_date_time still shows "1970-01-01 01:00:00" and conversion_last_conversion_date field is either empty or shows a correct date like "2021-09-17".
