You can use
Placement Performance Report to get statistics aggregated at the Placement level and
Geo Performance Report to get statistics aggregated at the country/territory level. I'm afraid there isn't a way to map the data available in Placement Performance Report to the Geo Performance Report. You could consider using
ValueTrack parameters to get the ID of the location of interest that helped trigger the ad or the ID of the geographical location of the click and the placement targeting criteria for the site where your ad was clicked in your final url or tracking template. Please see this
