Caught exception: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL

Hello,

I have a test program in PHP that creates some ad groups. This script ran successfully one year ago but not it's getting this error:

Caught exception: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201309/CampaignService?wsdl' : failed to load external entity "https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201309/CampaignService?wsdl" 

Do you have any idea what can cause this error?

Hi Anca,

AdWords API v201309 was sunset over a year ago. Try changing that endpoint to v201409, which is the latest version.
