So that our team may take a closer look at the issue, could you provide the customer ID of the suspended account and also the
request and
response logs, along with the
request-id, generated when you created the said account via the API?
You may then send the requested information via the
Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our
googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
In addition, could you confirm if the
Suspicious payment activity error was returned in the API's response? If this was not returned in the API response logs, then I would also recommend that you reach out instead to the Google Ads Product Support team, via this
link, so they can investigate on their end what lead to the account's suspension.
