Resource shopping_performance provide understated data

Hi! I'm using this query to pull data from API, but results is significantly different from what i got from other resources and UI.

shopping_performance_view for some reason do not provide data for smart shopping campaigns with clickType = 'URL_CLICKS' (Headline). Can somebody tell the reason of this behaviour?
