Kindly note that the Google Ads Malicious or Unwanted Software policy will be split into 3 separate policies: malicious software, compromised sites, and unwanted software. Ads and destinations that violate Google’s Unwanted Software Policy are not allowed. Violations of this policy will not lead to immediate account suspension without prior warning. I would recommend that you refer to the help center article Update to Abusing the ad network policy to get more information.
