Standard/basic access approval time

Hi everyone,

This is not a question for the admins here, as I know they refer any queries about standard access applications onto @compliance members...

But I wondered what people's recent experience is with this? We're now into week 4 without any response to our application or any of our follow-ups even being replied to.

We sent a detailed and clear design document (spent a few hours making sure it's as clear as possible).

I can only assume they're just inundated with applications or generally short staffed? Who knows because this is not something they seem to want to admit/discuss.

How long has everyone waited recently to get approval and who is still waiting at the moment? Maybe we can share some tips on how to get over this crucial but currently extremely frustrating step.
