Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Upon checking your conversion action name (Returning Family Activity), I could see that the conversion action status is showing as "Needs Attention". I would recommend you to kindly refer to this help center article "Conversion Tracking: Troubleshooting conversion tracking status" to troubleshoot your conversions based on your conversion action "Returning Family Activity" status. After checking the diagnostics tab, For the conversion action  "Returning Family Activity" we could see the following warning:
  • Can't find conversion
In order to avoid the above warnings, I would suggest you to refer to the "How to fix common upload errors" article.

Could you kindly confirm if you followed the setup prerequisites for working with an offline conversion setup? If not, I would request you to follow the prerequisites before uploading offline click conversions. Also, I would suggest you refer to this "Debug common errors" documentation for more information. I would suggest you to refer to the Monitor offline data diagnostics documentation as it helps to find the overall health of the conversion upload processes. To retrieve the latest offline data diagnostics for your account, you can use the following query:
SELECT offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary.conversion_action_name, offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary.alerts, offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary.client, offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary.daily_summaries, offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary.job_summaries, offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary.last_upload_date_time, offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary.pending_event_count, offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary.status, offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary.successful_event_count, offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary.total_event_count FROM offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary WHERE offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary.conversion_action_id = 7147402071

We have verified the conversion action "Returning Family Activity", I could see that the conversion action had below conversion upload error.

CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND error while adjusting conversions using the Google Ads API. Kindly note that the adjustment fails with a CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND error if any of these conditions are met:

  • The conversion was never imported, or was imported, but discarded due to being deemed invalid or spam..

Also, you must specify the order_id in the ConversionAdjustment under any of these conditions:

  • The type of the conversion action is equal to WEBPAGE.
  • The original conversion you are adjusting was assigned an order_id.

I would recommend you to kindly refer to the "Requirements" documentation for more information.

If you are still facing these issues even after following these requirements, then kindly share with us the updated API logs (request and response logs with request-id and request header) generated at your end while adjusting conversions.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java.NetPHPPythonRuby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct private reply to this email.

Thanks,
