I have got developer token (pending approval) and used with test account. Now I have finished my application. So what do I have to do make my application live and get developer token approval ?

Have you filled out the second part of the application form? If not, please go ahead and fill it out. Once you submit that form, the AdWords API Compliance team will respond with an answer within a business day.

If you DID fill out this form, let me know your MCC ID (e.g 123-456-7890) and I can check in with the compliance team.
