Since your query is about changes in counting conversions after a time frame I can only suggest you reach out to our
product support team for further assistance. The Ads API can only be a conduit to the Ads product as expressed in the Ads UI. Hence, when your issue isn't with using the API, rather your issue is a long term metrics change, we can only provide support when their is a discrepancy in reports between the API and UI.
If you do find such a discrepancy you may send us a 'DEBUG' log level request and response log of raw API communications combined with an uncropped full screen screenshot of the UI with a discrepancy from the API log.
The request and response appears similar to the
JSON Mappings in our REST documentation with additional headers and information such as
request Id. Here are logging instructions for our

If you are using our
REST interface then the full multi line curl command line is a request log and adding curl command line option '-i' will also generate a response log.
Note that the log and the screenshot have to be taken in the same time frame due to
data freshness.
