Does a webpage exist in Google Ads API such that we can run queries online?

Does such a webpage exist? Something similar to Meta's Graph Explorer API where we can run queries online and see the results we get?

Yes, the Google Ads API provides Google APIs Explorer which is available on most REST API methods. To retrieve Google Ads API entities and reporting data, you can use one of these rest interface methods like customers.googleAds.search or customers.googleAds.searchStream.

Additionally, you can utilize the Query Builder and Query Validator to build and validate your queries.
