[Adwords API] - Adgroup Performance Report returns "--" for SearchImpressionShare

Dear Adwords API support team,

Firstly, I know that The AdWords API will sunset on April 27, 2022 and I should change to use Google Ads API. But we still support AdWords API for our customer until the sunset date.

About my question, in Adgroup Performance Report document,  I can see that the value of SearchImpressionShare can be a percentage returned as "xx.xx%", or the special value "< 10%". So, please clarify me below issues:

1. Beside above two value formats, I also see the SearchImpressionShare returns "--". Is it normal or abnormal case?

2. From about 2021-11-12 04:00:00 JST to 2021-11-12 06:00:00 JST, when I send request to fetch report data for 2021-11-11, the value of SearchImpressionShare in many ad accounts ONLY RETURNS "--" (two another fields have the same issue, such as: SearchRankLostImpressionShare, Search abs. top IS). After that, this issue can not be reproduce until now. So, does Adwords API has trouble at that period time or what happened? I am scared that this issue will be occurred in the future without our control.

Thank you for reaching out to Google Ads/AdWords API support. The API can only report what is available in the UI, if there's a delay in metrics you can receive support from product support. Here's a guide to data freshness.

If you are experiencing a discrepancy between the UI and your API report, could you privately send us a request and response log of API communication of the report, combined with a screenshot of the equivalent report in the UI that is segmented the same, filtered the same and taken at the same time that the API report is pulled?  

A request looks like the 3rd section in request and a response looks similar to response. Logging instructions are in the read.me on Github of each client library.
