Hello! How long does it take for the document to get approved to go from Test account to basic account?

Regarding this, are you referring to the developer token access level? If so, kindly note that please note that when it comes to the token process and approval, it is the Google Ads API Compliance who handles it. Based on this basic access application form, provided that each question has been thoroughly addressed, applications are typically reviewed within three business days, with an initial decision processed soon after, though some complex reviews may take longer. Having said that, you may reach out to the Compliance team via this form if you happen to ask for updates or status of your application.
