Google Ads API no response && errors

Hi Support, We've noticed that the response from the API endpoint https://www.googleadservices.com/pagead/conversion/app/1.0 is returning an empty list with no error messages, and the 'Attributed' field is false. Could you please help us identify the reason for this issue? Alternatively, could your company provide a debugging console for us? Additionally, if needed, we can provide our link_id and token data."
