Hi Avinash,
Thank you for reaching out. I see that those two columns are custom columns created in the Google Ads UI. Unfortunately, custom columns are not currently supported in AdWords API. I have created a feature request on your behalf so I would recommend keeping an eye on our Developer Blog for information on future releases.
