Phone Call Conversion Action Not Working Already I getting 3 call Leads but its not showing the conversion window of google ads and I discuss with google customer support they told me to place the query here.

Which API is being used (Ads or AdWords, if either)
More information on how the issue relates to the API (e.g. are there any errors?)
If necessary, please provide request and response logs
