Idea: ConstantDataService can resolve full categorypath to ProductBiddingCategoryData

For example:

Given I do a call with "Voertuigen en onderdelen > Voertuigonderdelen en -accessoires > Motorvoertuigonderdelen" as unresolved category-trail and "NL" as country.

I would want to get (atleast) the dimension of the deepest/last part, e.g. "Motorvoertuigonderdelen". A full upwards chain from "Motorvoertuigonderdelen" to "Voertuigen en onderdelen " would also be very nice.

Right now we can only call "GetProductBiddingCategoryData", optionally with a country predicate.. but nothing like I described above. It would be a very welcome feature for me atleast!
