Google Ads API: Basic Access Application

Hi

Is it possible to have an update on our Basic Access application?

We're trying to get our Google Ads API setup with Basic Permissions, but have heard nothing back regarding our application. 

Screenshot attached shows these are normally dealt with within 3 working days but it's been much longer than that, and have sent a number of followups requesting an update on the progress of the application through https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api.

Can I have an update on where the application is?

MCC is 705-050-3839 and have had no ticket references or any form of contact following the initial application and followups.
